A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made: - A food containers are being stored 6" off the floor on racks or platforms. - Hand sink has liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water. - General sanitation level is good. - No signs of pests. - Chlorine based sanitizer used on reusable equipment. - Bottles washed by clients prior arriving. On-site, they with a sulfite-based solution ejected from a single bottle nozzle. Next year, a 30-bottle sanitizing bottle unit will be installed. However, clients still must come with washed and cleaned bottles. - All in order.
