Kitchen rarely used for cooking food. Primarily ice cream production
Hand sinks in kitchen supplied with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water
Walk in freezers in kitchen -18C and -17C

- partially empty due to routine cleaning. Please use 1 part bleach and 9 parts water to wash the walls and floors

Chest freezer in kitchen and at old kitchen window both -28C
Standing coolers ranged from -19C to -14C
Ice cream chest freezers ranged from -18C to -15C
Faluda "noodles" once cooked are considered hazardous food. They must be held at 4C or below, or discarded at room temp after 2 hours
