Routine Inspection conducted today. Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. Chlorine spray bottle at the front servicing area measured at 200ppm. Chlorine sanitizer bucket measured at 200ppm in the back kitchen area. 2-compartment sink available. Low-temperature dishwasher measured at 50ppm chlorine. Prep cooler, stand-up cooler, and 2 walk-in cooler measured at 4C or lower. Chest freezers and walk-in freezer measured at -18C or lower. Food observed to be at least 6 inches off the floor. Exhaust hood vent observed to be in sanitary condition. Overall, facility is well organized and maintained.
