Comments

A follow up inspection was performed for routine inspection MKIM-CKCU78 and the following observations were made:
- Staff able to communicate proper manual dishware washing practices
- Kitchen utensils stored in a sanitary manner
- Proper hand washing practices observed
- Raw proteins kept in separate cooler
- Food items no longer observed to be stored on floor level
- Temperature log maintained and updated on a daily basis
