Exo Pest Control has been contracted out and placed traps and blocked entry points throughout the premise -they will be coming back next week for reinspection then on a monthly basis -operator is to email me a copy of this report as well No droppings were observed during the inspection. Operator is to check EACH MORNING for any fresh droppings for cleanup and activity Foods in the dry storage area next to Hot Water Tank in rodent proof containers (lid snapped tight) Dishwasher showed >50 chlorine residual at plate level -maintain Daily Log sheets for the washer and fridges A speed rack has been purchased with sufficient trays to assist in cooling down the spring rolls
