Observation: Various food items in open display cooler in the store were being made by the operator but no food safety plan had been submitted for review/approval of these items. The items are labelled as: Pork fat with onions, "sky", Danish Style Head Cheese, Danish Liver Pateate.
Corrective Action(s): Submit food safety plans for these items to alexander.Lui@fraserhealth.ca for review and approval. Do not offer any new food items that are being made in-house until you submit a food safety plan for them.

Handsink equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water
All temperatures satisfactory:
-Large display cooler at front area at 2.1 deg C
-Open display cooler in front area at 3 deg C
-Meat display counter coolers both at 4 deg C or less
-Walk in cooler in back area at 2 deg C, walk in cooler in front area at 3.1 deg C
-Freezers at -18 deg C or less
-All sandwiches must be pre-made & packaged for display as per the directions by the previous district EHO. Sandwiches cannot be made to order.
-Operator indicated that raw meats are only ordered when requested by customers. The raw meats are kept separate from all deli/cooked meats.
-Stove in back area has been previously approved for frozen soups only (no thawing, cooked directly from frozen). No cooking of any meat items are allowed as you do not have any ventilation system.
-Back door was closed
-General sanitation satisfactory, continue to organize/de-clutter back room area and remove any items you do not use for the store
-3 compartment sink in back area with bleach available to sanitize
-Quat sanitizer spray at 200 ppm Quats located underneath handsink behind the meat display cooler
-FoodSafe certified operator on site
