-reviewed cooling methods with owner according to Food Safety Plan -posted reminder notes in food areas -ALL NEW EMPLOYEES MUST BE PROPERLY TRAINED FOR FOOD PREPARATION, CLEANING AND HYGIENE!!
-re-tested dishwasher at plate: >180 deg F as per thermostat (71.1 deg C at plate for probe thermometer
-daily records checked for fridge monitoring and dishwasher
-handsink clear for use and well stocked
-sanitizer buckets re-tested at >100ppm with wiping towels in solution -test strips available -ensure your employees are testing these solutions regularly
-send me a copy of your last pest control report from Lower Mainland Pest Control Services, as well as a copy of the FOODSAFE Level 1 certificates for your new employees
