Premises has a convenience store for pre-packaged Latin-American food products and a re-packaging area in the back of the store.
* Ensure boxes of food items are not stored on or near the grease trap.Provide a solid temporary barrier ( e.g. sheet of wood) around the
grease trap.
* Provide a list of food products packaged on location (refrigerated and dry goods). All items must be stored as per manufacture's instructio
* All pre-packaged products must be labelled in accordance with CFIA's Labelling regulations.
* Ensure all hand sanitizer dispenser are adequately stocked at all times.

Upright coolers < 4 degrees C
Upright freezers below -18 C.
Liquid soap and paper towels available at all hand wash stations.
Dry goods, refrigerated and frozen items are obtained from approved sources.
General sanitation is good.
