On Follow-Up:
-Cutting board in vegetable cutting area is clean.

**Did a joint follow-up inspection with SJ, the store manager and the pest control contractor. The following items need to be completed:

-Pest control company to be contracted out once a week for the next 6 months.
-Provide better lighting in the back storage area beside the prep kitchen. Replace all the missing/non-working bulbs in the light fixtures and add more lighting in the back corner.
-There are gaps under the two roll-up doors used for receiving. Seal the gaps using materials that are sturdy and can't be easily chewed through. Also, install a self-closing screen door or a blockade for when staff are taking garbage/recycling outside.
-Have a designated staff visually checking for droppings along the aisle shelves, especially in the dry foods area EVERYDAY. Use bleach/water to clean up any droppings.
-All the metal shelving in the back storage area need to be on wheels. Provide wheels for the shelving.
-Reorganize the front retail area where the kimchi refrigerators are stored, so the products are on shelves with wheels which can be easily moved around for cleaning purposes.
-The display cooler used for rice cakes had varied temperatures along the different levels of shelving (ranged from 2 deg C to 13 degC). Fix/replace the cooler. Do not store anything in it until it can maintain a temperature of 4 degC or below.
-In the dry storage room, remove the milk crates and install a proper shelf, that's at least 15cm (6 inches) high.
