Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): handwashing stations being obstructed during inspection.
1. pizza station/ grill station - obstructed with a rolling rack (food).
2. island food station - obstructed with a rolling cart (food).
3. North Kitchen back of house, right side on the way to the dishwasher - obstructed with a rolling cart (cutting boards and cutlery).
Corrective Action(s): Rolling cart and rack were removed immediately during inspection
Ensure that ALL handsinks are not obstructed and easy to access AT ALL TIMES.

One employee was able to produce valid FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent - ADVANCE. fst 3rd edition, expiry Aug 30, 2024.
NOTE: FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent of kitchen staff and management should be easily produced during inspection.

Equipment not in working order - not being used until fixed.
1. Hot holding unit by grill area
2. Fridge unit, under counter, by grill area

Temperature logs for dishwasher (Dishwashing Room, North) - temperature at manifold being kept.
Note: Internal temperature should reach 71C. Discussion to update temperature logs to include internal temperature reached.

Reminder: ALL handsinks should be easy to access and not obstructed at ALL times.
*handwashing stickers were given to place around the central island kitchen and other locations at the kitchens choice.
