Observation: Kitchen has two sinks available for use - one prep and 3 comp. Both sinks are being used for prep purposes and neither of them were equipped for handwashing.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have liquid soap and paper towels available at one of the prep sinks available in kitchen. This sink MUST be used for handwashing purposes only as agreed at this time.

Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwashing stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating at/below 4'C; Freezers operating at -18'C.
- Thermometers available for temperature monitoring.
- High temperature dishwasher achieved 75.7'C at the plate level after final rinse.
- 200ppm chlorine solution available in spray bottles at front servery.
NOTE: Ensure to have one in kitchen at all times as discussed at this time.
- No evidence of pest activity observed.
- Washroom handsinks satisfactory.

General maintenance sanitation level of the facility satisfactory.
