- Hand washing sink in department now working and adequately stocked with hot/cold running water, paper towel and liquid hand soap.
- Three compartment sink for manual dishwashing, sanitizer dispenser fixed. QUATs solution measured ~200ppm.

Ensure equipment is functioning as required.

- Continue to monitor Frozen meat (front unit) to ensure measuring at proper temperature.
- Ensure areas in meat department (storage), walk-in cooler are maintained in a sanitary condition and organized.
