Introduction

An unscheduled routine inspection was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DLSP). All care categories were inspected for compliance.

Current Inspection - Items reviewed comply with the Act, regulations & standards of practice.
Observed Violations
No violations were found during the inspection.
Comments

At the inspection dated Aug. 18, 2021 there were 6 children and the manager and 1 other staff were present. At this inspection, no contraventions were identified.
As part of this Routine Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed and a copy is provided.

A COVID-19 Risk Screening was also completed.

The following education/recommendations/discussions were provided:
- Continue to sanitize and clean the facility including toys and equipment
- Continue to follow COVID-19 protocols
- Reportable Incident procedures
