The island display cooler is still reading 8-9 degrees C. According to the store clerk, the cooler has been serviced/repaired. You must relocate all PHFs (sandwiches, cheese or dairy items) from this cooler to the walk-in cooler ( immediately). Repair or replace this cooler so that it is capable of maintaining all foods at 4 C or below at all times. This cooler must be monitored twice daily. Do not store any PHFs in this cooler if it does not maintain 4 C or below. Failure to address this issue will result in further enforcement action. A new quats sanitizer dispenser has been installed in the janitorial secton.
