Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-B33RXU:

- The deli/cheese display cooler at the front measured at 4C at the time of the inspection. The coils are free of any ice build up.
- The operator is to immediately begin daily temperature logs for ALL coolers and freezers. The coolers MUST be kept at < or = 4C and freezers at < or = -18C.
- A follow up inspection is scheduled in one month. If the display cooler fails to maintain temperature < or =4C, the cooler will need to be replaced with a new unit and a violation ticket will be issued.
