Routine inspection:

Note: premise has removed all seating and now operates as take out only. Meals are preordered, mostly on weekend. Premise not in operation at time of inspection. When in operation ensure a 100ppm bleach sanitizer solution is prepared and available for use. General sanitizer formula: 1oz of regular unscented bleach to 1 gallon of water.

3 compartment sink available for use. After correction paper towels provided in dispenser along with liquid soap.
Washroom hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Dishwasher registers 75 degrees C at the plate level during the final rinse cycle.
Freezers (2) at or below -18 degrees C.
Domestic cooler at 3 degrees C. Freezer section at -17 degrees C.
2 door cooler at or below 4 degrees C.
Permit posted.
Operator FOODSAFE level 1 and 2 certified.

Temperature logs not maintained. Monitor and record temperatures of all coolers and freezers.
