Observation: There were two poles sticking out of the grass area that are not visible and posing tripping hazard. One of the poles has sharp edges from the top that could cause serious injury.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to provide safe and healthy environment to all children in care.

Observation: The big wooden house play structure in the outdoor play area was broken from parts and showing signs of wear that has sharp edges posing risk of injury.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure facility is clean and in good repair when children are in care.

Observation: The washroom tap water that was accessible to children was measured 56.1 degree Celsius.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that the heated water accessible to children must be no more than 49 degree Celsius.

Corrective Action(s): Ensure all staff files are complete and up to date.

Observation: Review of attendance records observed that there was only 4 children signed in at the time of inspection but there was 8 children in attendance. Manager stated that they sign children in when they move to the main entrance room where sign in/out sheet is typically placed.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure attendance records are complete and children are signed in/out immediately after they arrive or leave.
