-Kitchen is currently used by the Church and rented out for a mobile base of operation.
-Upright cooler was at 4C.
-Chest freezer was at -18C.
-High temperature dishwasher (sanitizing only) had a final rinse temperature of 74C on the dish surface (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottle labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-Pantry area foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
