Comments

-Raw chicken under counter cooler was at 4C.
-Front bar cooler was at 4C.
-Dimchae and Jumbo Deluxe coolers (raw chicken) were both less than 4C.
-Whirlpool silver domestic cooler was at 8C/-19C. Refrigerator is used for storage of pickled diakon (pH less than 4.5).
-Insignia domestic cooler was at 4C/-18C.
-Kenmore cooler was at 4C/-18C.
-Both boneless and bone in chicken were cooked to greater than 74C (cooked based on time).
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Bleach and sink plugs available.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Both bleach sanitizer spray bottles labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-Slicer was found to be clean and well maintained. Equipment properly disassembled for cleaning and sanitizing after each use.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Raw meats stored separately from ready-to-eat foods.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Cardboard lining surfaces changed each night.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and single use paper towels.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until October 18, 2023.
