> Handsinks supplied with hot+cold water, liquid soap and paper towels.
> Sanitizer available (using EcoLab sink and surface cleaner + sanitizer; appropriate concentration verified using test strips on site)
> Shared high temperature dishwasher with buffet --> reached final rinse temperature 76.3C at the plate.
> All cooler units (except above mentioned) were at or below 4C.
> Undercounter freezer: -14C.
> Standup fridge in kitchen was not in use at time of inspection.
> General sanitation satisfactory.
> No signs of pests.
