Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Back hand washing sink had several lids stored inside of it. This sink needs to be empty and available for use at all times.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): a) Several foods were double stacked in the back prep cooler. This can lead to contamination of foods.
b) Ice scoop for the ice bucket used for drinks at the front was found to have the handle stored directly in the ice twice during the inspection. The ice scoop must be stored in a separate container to prevent contamination of the ice.

All coolers were < 4 C.

The 3-compartment sink was in use with sink plugs and 100 ppm chlorine.
No evidence of pests.
Ice machines were clean.
Reviewed food preparation practices.
