Comments

All coolers were < 4 C. The cake display coolers were on a defrost cycle during the inspection and were double checked- they were < 4 C after 15 minutes. All freezers were < -18 C. Quats sanitizer solution was at 200 ppm. No evidence of pests. Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. Temperature records were up to date. General sanitation was satisfactory.
