* review best handwashing practices with staff
* reminder: gloves do not replace handwashing

- QUAT sanitizer on-site for sanitizing surfaces, utensils and equipment

* test strips available on-site

* Note: kitchen will replace each work station with a bucket of sanitizer for wiping cloths instead of spray bottles
