Observation: * Cooked potato and sauce ice cubes were found uncovered in walk-in cooler and freezer -- these items had to be discarded as they were unprotected

Observation: * Some organization and cleaning to be done on shelving; do not keep phones and chargers/plugs on food counters and or food storage areas as this is unsanitary
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure all storage areas clean and organized and continue cleaning under equipment daily to remove build up of grime/debris; no personal items to be stored on food counters and storage areas, etc
