HAZARD RATING FOR YOUR FACILITY: Low (≤15) Total Score = 5
Critical Hazards: Total Number: 1
203 - Food not cooled in an acceptable manner [s. 12(a)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Left side of bin cooler observed at a temperature range of 6 to 10 C, which is also where the bean sprouts are located. Noticed packing tape covering some of the air vents in this section of the cooler only.
Corrective Action(s): Bean sprouts are a higher risk food and must be kept below 4 C. Improve cool air flows to this part of cooler or move bean sprouts to another part of cooler.
**Also recommend the packaged salads and coleslaw follow manufacturers directions to keep refrigerated (less than 4 C - perhaps these should be moved as well).
Violation Score: 5

Non-Critical Hazards: There are no non-critical hazards.
Follow Up to "Critical" Violations Noted on Previous Inspections (if applicable): No corrections entered
Comments

General temperature controls in cooling units good and are maintaining 4 C or less. Handwash stations all equipped with liquid soap and paper towels.
General sanitation and organization is good at time of inspection.
