A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- Coolers 4C or colder; freezer -18C; thermometers present; and temperatures checked daily.
- Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- Quats sanitizer in spray bottle was 200ppm. Sanitizer is replenished with new solution every 4 hours.
- No expired foods for sale. FIFO rules being followed.
- All foods stored 6" off the floor on shelves, racks or platforms.
- Non-foods stored and displayed away/separately from food items.
- General sanitation level is good. No signs of pests.
- Communicable Disease plan in place, some of the measures observed were:
Staff wear mask
Staff remain 2m away from other staff and customers
Hand sanitizer found at entry point
Plexiglass barrier at cash area
Increase frequency of cleaning

- Discussed results of inspection with staff. No signature obtained due to the pandemic.
