Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): FOH wall facing handsink near soup station blocked with boxes and bags of utensils.
Corrective Action(s): Removed. Do not block this handsink. All handsinks must be accessible and stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water

Observation: 2 catches in trap #8 behind the tea station garbage box, 2 dried catches in trap #2 underneath the high temperature dishwasher
Rodent droppings observed underneath and on top of the desk in the managers office, behind garbage can at food station, behind the shelves at the ice machine, and in cabinets adjacent to the FOH dining room entrance gate, and in hard to reach areas throughout the facility
Corrective Action(s): Conduct a deep clean of the facility and sanitize using 100 ppm chlorine bleach solution.

Follow all pest control recommendations.
Call pest control immediately to service all traps and remove catches found during today's inspection.

Observation: Office area has many boxes stored on the ground making it hard to clean routinely
Corrective Action(s): Reorganize the office and clean. Office has evidence of rodent activity and this area must be kept clean to discourage rodents from nesting in the facility.
