Follow-up inspection conducted for inspection report# KLAI-CF9TEN Significant improvement noted on the sanitary condition of the premises. Back door was not propped open during the inspection. Operator has hired an external pest control company that comes in once a month to help with pest issue. Proper scoops with handles now available for bulk food containers. Outstanding violations still noted from the previous inspection report: Significant improvements noted on the cleanliness, however still observed some mouse/ rat droppings in the corner of the prep table by the cookline, dishwashing area and nearby the hot water tank. Noted a carton of raw eggs stored above produce in the reach-in cooler. **Issue corrected at the time of inspection** Remember the proper storage hierarchy for food and always follow this practice.
