- Hand washing stations unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
- Sanitizer available at main prep line at 100 ppm chlorine.
- Utensils stored safely. Deli slicer stored in sanitary condition.
- Areas noted on previous report have been cleaned. *Note: Some debris observed in area underneath cook line equipment. Please ensure this area is thoroughly cleaned.
