Follow up inspection:
-A pest control visit was conducted by Steritech today.
-Cleaning improvements were made to the floor below the deep fryer equipment. Note: Regular cleaning is required to prevent buildup from accumulating.
-Affected areas were cleaned. Continue with the pest control measures (regular cleaning, sealing entry points, pest control visits, and protecting food from contamination).
-Upright cooler was at 4 degrees C / 40 degrees F.
-The duct taped knife was discarded.
-Washable shelf liner was available however still needs to be installed.
-The operator mentioned that they spoke with the pest control operator to install a weatherstrip at the entrance door and will provide an update once it has been installed.
