Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Used/dirty rags were found on food contact surfaces. All rags should be stored in sanitizer buckets or in appropriate laundry baskets. Do not leave rags on the food preparation areas as this can lead to the contamination of food.
Corrective Action(s): Employee removed the rags during time of inspection. Place all rags that are in use in sanitizer buckets or hamper as discussed during this inspection.

Observation: Food preparation table shleves are lined with cardboard. All food contact areas must be made of easy to clean material. This will help prevent contamination to food.

Observation: Chest Freezer in kitchen area has broken door and seal. All coolers must be in good working condition to ensure they reach and maintain proper temperatures for food storage.
Corrective Action(s): Replace or repair chest freezer.

Observation: Light cover was missing above the dishwashing area. All lights must be covered to prevent the physical (glass) contamination to food.

Routine inspection.
All Handwashing stations are equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
All Coolers are 4c or below.
Freezers are at -18c or below.
Freezer in front customer area at -18c.
Hot holding (pizza unit) at 60c.
Thermometers are available in coolers.
Dishwasher reached 50ppm concentration for sanitize cycle.
Bleach water sanitizer is available in sanitizer bucket.
Foods are located off the floor throughout facility.
Foods in back storage area are stored in foodgrade containers with lids.
Sanitation overall has improved from last inspection.
No pest activity noted during time of inspection.
Pest control is completed by landlord.
Employees observed to be wearing proper protective wear (ie. aprons)
Employees onsite have renewed foodsafe certification.
Reminder: Ensure one person with foodsafe certification is available onsite at all times.
