Wooden cutting board mounted to warmer has a gap that is not cleanable.
Lighting in walk in cooler is poor.
Corrective Action(s): All worn and warped carts should be replaced so that they are cleanable.
Gap along cutting board is not cleanable and requires proper sealing or replacement. All equipment used should be designed for ease of cleaning.
Ensure that lighting in the walk in cooler is adequate for cleaning purposes. Remove ice build up in light cover.

Liquid soap and paper towel at handsink.
Dishwasher final rinse was 71 degree C at the plate surface during final rinse.
