-Follow-up inspection to November 28, 2018.
-Upright cooler has been serviced and was at 4C. Refrigeration gas was added to the cooler unit.
-Bar cooler was adjusted and was at 4C at the time of inspection.
-Equipment was found to be clean and sanitary at the time of inspection. Ensure all equipment is maintained in a clean and sanitary.
-Handwash stations were accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Did not find any used batter from the previous day in the facility at the tome of inspection.
-General food storage practices have improved. Raw foods were stored below ready-to-eat foods at the time of inspection.
-General cleaning has been carried out to the vent system. Ensure facility is cleaned on a regular basis to prevent build up of food debris.
-Spray bottles were properly labelled at the time of inspection. Ensure bottles are relabelled as needed.
-Did not find used single use containers stored with new containers at the time of inspection.
