-Walk-in cooler was at 3C.
-Walk-in freezer was at -18C.
-Prep coolers were at 3C (top and bottom) and 4C (top and bottom).
-Upright freezer was at -19C.
-Hot holding was greater than 60C. Foods were reheated to greater than 74C prior to hot holding.
-Chemical dishwasher had a final rinse of 100ppm chlorine on the dish surface (minimum of 50ppm required for proper sanitizing).
-Bar glasswasher had a final rinse of 12.5ppm iodine on the glass surface (minimum of 12.5ppm required for proper sanitizing)
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer spray bottles labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-Equipment clean and well maintained.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and covered.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until August 12, 2025.
