Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observations: Package of bacon left at room temperature. Operator stated it has been taken out of cooler at 10:30a.m. (now 12:30p.m.) to be prepared. Bacon measured 40 deg. C as it was sitting on hot counter.
Corrections: Package of bacon was discarded due to time-temperature abuse. Do not store meats at room temperature, prepare immediately after removing from cooler to prevent pathogen growth

Observation: Observations: 1) Minor food debris noted under storage shelving. Red pop tray was wedged underneath broken shelf to support shelving
2) Sticky stains from dried soda noted under cupboard for soda station
A few flies noted
Corrections: 1) Repair or replace shelving so that the pop tray is not needed to support the shelf. Do not place objects under shelving as it inhibits proper cleaning. Clean food debris as it can attract rodents

General comments
-Fly light has been installed near back door to control fly issue. Pest control service is provided monthly No other signs of pests were noted during inspection
-General sanitation was satisfactory aside from above violation
-All handsinks supplied with hot and cold water, liquid soap, paper towel
-All coolers measured 4 deg. C or below
-All freezers measured -18 deg. C or below
-All hot holding units measured 60 deg. C or above
-Sanitizer from spray bottles, buckets and dispenser measured approximately 200 ppm quats
-Burger toppings are time-tracked and discarded every 4 hours
-Staff explained 3 compartment sink manual dishwashing method which was set up. Quats sanitizer measured approximately 200ppm
-Equipment were in sanitary condition and are cleaned daily
-Staff are Foodsafe equivalent certified
