**Ensure to follow proper manual dishwashing 1. wash 2. rinse 3. Sanitize 4- Air dry

** no drain board noted - A drain board for the 3 comp sink is required.

** Discussed: re packaging of bulk products- Ensure all bulk products are from approved source and label contain main supplier info-
Ensure to have all suppliers info and invoices on site for inspection.
**Discussed : no re-packaging of fish or any high risk foods permitted. Facility has no approval for processing of fish
