Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitzing bucket was dirty and only contained 50ppm of chlorine. During inspection, solution was changed to have a 200 ppm chlorine available.
Corrective Action(s): Change the sanitizing solution on a more frequent basis and ensure 200ppm concentration of chlorine is met with the use of test strips

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Bowl containing meat and other food items were located on the ground. Space made to have meat moved on lowest shelf during inspection.
2) One can of mangoes had a dent. Discarded during insepction.
Corrective Action(s): 1) All food items must be at least 6 inches off of the ground.
2) Inspect all canned food to ensure none of them have any dents

Observation: Build up of grease, dirt, and debris in the facility, most notably in the dry storage and on the cooking line.
Corrective Action(s): Clean up the dirt, grease, and debris throughout the facility, focusing on the dry storage and the cooking line.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Wooden cutting board was observed in the premises. Wodden cutting board was removed from kitchen during inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Food contact surfaces, such as cutting boards, must be made smooth, non-absorbent, and easily cleanable to prevent the growth of pathogens. Replace the wooden cutting board with a food grade cutting board.
