Observation: 1. Cutting boards at prep coolers and cutting board (acting as divider between sink and metal skewers) require cleaning. Slight to moderate debris build up observed
2. Cleaning of pipe located at end of main sweet making area requires degreasing and cleaning
3. Area where dough mixer/ dough rollers needs to be cleaned (flour in hard to reach areas removed)
4. Some residue build-up underneath shelving in sweets cooler, requires cleaning
Operator informs that kitchen will be pressure washed and degreased

- All handwashing stations are equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels
- All temperatures meet health requirements:
* Walk in cooler #1 at <4C
* Walk in cooler #2 at 4C
* Prep/line cooler at 6C - monitor, operator informed temperature fluctuation due to lunch rush, follow- up inspection to be conducted
* All chest freezers at -18C
- Low temperature dishwasher available, adequate chlorine sanitizer residual of 50ppm at final rinse
- Chlorine sanitizer solution available in spray bottles at 100ppm
- Good storage practices observed in walk- in coolers, all products kept covered with lids
- All products kept in food grade containers
- No new evidence of pests detected during time of inspection
