Follow up inspection conducted to ensure violations which were identified during routine inspection have been corrected. - Line cooler is now operating at required temperature (4C or below). Bottom of unit: 0-2C Inserts: 2C Note: Location of cooler has been shifted so that it is not directly adjacent to the grill as Manager felt this was impacting the temperature. - Handsinks were supplied with liquid soap and paper towel - Exhaust canopy has been cleaned to remove grease accumulation. Pending issue: - Replacement thermometer has not yet been supplied to line cooler. Manager to send email confirmation once complete.
