Follow-up to inspection report #NTRG-BBJVL4:

Code 308: Corrected. The faucet in room at the back did not appear to be leaking anymore.

The rest of violations have not been corrected. A closure order was issued for concerns related to pests, sanitation, food not protected from contamination: due date by June 12, 2019 The staff mentioned that the person in charge was ill for two weeks and therefore corrections were not done. Discussed with present staff the importance of getting corrections done to prevent health hazards to the public. Discussed that corrections can get done prior to due date. Did a walk-through with staff on what needed to be corrected. Answered questions on pest control and prevention. Identified areas where rodent droppings were found: on bag of rice, underneath crates. Identified areas were there was poor sanitation: under storage units in retails area. Discussed how foods must be protected from contamination from pests by placing them in hard plastic containers and stored on shelves at least 6 inches above the floor. Discussed that the front entrance door gap at the bottom must be sealed/closed to prevent entrance of pests.
