Observation: Dishwasher is not working and is measured at less than 10ppm chlorine residual during final rinse cycle
Correction: - CLosure order is issued. Call for service and ensure that dishwasher is dispensing 50ppm chlorine residual during final cycle
- Clean and sanitize all dishes and utensils after the dishwasher is fixed
- Call area EHO for follow up inspection

Observation: Handsink in the bar area is missing liquid soap

Comments

Closure order is rescinded.

- Dishwasher is now working and concentration of chemical sanitizer during final rinse cycle is measured at 50ppm chlorine residual
- Test strips are available to check the concentration
- Ice machine is now maintained in clean and sanitary condition
- Handwashing stations are adequately stocked
- Sanitizer buckets are available and concentration is measured at 200ppm quats concentration

NOTE: Provide a proof of registration of FOODSAFE level 1 course within one week. Non-compliance will lead to enforcement actions.
