Routine inspections

- Hand washing stations are supplied with cold/hot running water,liquid soap and paper towels in dispenser.
- All coolers measured at or below 4 degree C(40F). All freezers measured at or below -18C(0F). Temperature monitoring log maintained.
- Hot holding for sop measured at 65C or hotter.
- QUAT sanitizer 200-400 ppm available in spray bottles.
- 2-comp sink maintained. Low temp dishwasher noted with 50-100 ppm chlorine residue in final rinse water. Wash temperature was around 40C.
- Chemical stored properly and separate from food.

General sanitation is satisfactory
- Floor noted clean and maintained. Lighting noted adequate.
- Customer washrooms were clean and well maintained.
- No obvious sign of pest activity observed at this date.
- Dry storage observed clean and food stored above the floor.
- Washed implements noted stored in sanitary condition.
- Ice maker observed clean and ice scoop stored out of the ice bin in a sanitary container.

- Drop in ceiling tiles noted clean and all in place.


Reminders:
1- Ensure to repair hand sink faucet to prevent leak and water splash on ground
2- Upright freezer frost is to be cleaned. Ensure to maintain shelve in the unit clean.
