- Bait blocks noted inside rodent traps.
- Loose bait noted behind upright cooler and behind shelving
- Bag of bait noted by bags of rice
Corrective Action(s): Remove all bait from the premises. Use only physical traps (snap or sticky traps) within the premises to avoid contamination.

1) Fruit flies observed in vegetable prep area
2) Pest report reviewed - traps were re-baited by pest company

1) Ensure there is no standing water and open containers of food.

- protective barrier at the front
- markings on the floor
- ensure staff are distancing, and if they cannot distance, a mask must be worn
- ensure bulk food section adheres to Provincial Health Order:

a. provide hand washing facilities or alcohol-based sanitizers within easy reach of the station;
b. post signs reminding patrons to wash or sanitize their hands before touching self- service food or other items and to maintain a two metre distance from other patrons, or parties of patrons; and
c. frequently clean and sanitize high touch surfaces at the station and utensils that are used for self- service.
