Comments

All fridges are maintaining foods at 4 degrees Celsius or colder in the coolers. All freezers are maintaining foods at -18 degrees Celsius or colder. General sanitation is overall good. Spray bottle of sanitizer measured well above 400 PPM chlorine residual. This was reduced at time of inspection to 100-200 PPM chlorine. Please maintain this no rinse concentration. Liquid soap and paper towel are available at handsinks.
