Observation: Multiple rodent droppings were cited in the back storage area of the store. Most droppings appears to be recent. The store is serviced weekly by Orkin. Multiple mechanical traps were observed.
Corrective Action(s): Implement Integrated Pest Management (IPM) approach. Remove droppings and sanitize the effected areas. Improve overall sanitation and remove possible rodent nesting spots. Follow Orkin's direction to discourage rodent activity on site. Correct this by: immediately.

Observation: General sanitation improvement is required in the back storage area of the store.
Corrective Action(s): Remove foods under the shelves and hard to reach areas. Remove any clusters as rodents may use it as harboring area. Also, removing clusters will help with monitoring pest activities. Correct this by: as soon as possible.

Hand washing stations are equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
All coolers (walk-in and display) were noted at 4C or below
All freezers (walk-in and display) were noted at acceptable temperature
Three compartment sinks used for manual dishwashing.
QUAT sanitizer at 200 ppm. Test strip available.
Bulk food storage is acceptable.
General sanitation in the store front is acceptable.
