Back ktichen area - storage shelving unit removed to store security fencing panels. Food and staff items stored in milk crates in cluttered manner.
Corrective Action(s): Repair / replace freezer unit to store food at -18 C or colder.

Re-install storage shelving unit as per previous Correction Order issued Jan 21, 2020. Relocate security fence panels in a location that does not interfere with business operation.
