Routine inspection conducted. In general, the facility was maintained in good sanitary condition and the Operating permit was posted in a conspicuous location.

The following observations were made during the inspection:

Temperatures:
- Walk in cooler at 4C
- Walk in freezer at -22C
- French vanilla dispenser unit at 4C
- Chest freezer with ice-cream at -16C
- Relish and condiment cooler at approximately 3C (top) and 4C (bottom)
- Reach in cooler at 4C
- Sausages hot held at 80C
- Chicken wings and baked products hot held at 74C
- Undercounter freezer (frozen chicken wings) at -17C
- Undercouner cooler (behind counter) at 4C

- Temperature logs were maintained and found satisfactory.
- Milk creamers for coffee were held on ice and changed every 2 hours. Logs were maintained and found satisfactory.

Sanitation and Staff Hygiene:
- The facility uses QUATS for disinfecting food contact surfaces.
- The concentration of QUATS in spray bottles was tested at 200ppm and found satisfactory.
- The concentration of QUATS in 3-compartment sink was tested at 200ppm.
- Hand wash stations (x3) were equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels in the dispenser.
Please place a garbage bin next to hand wash station at the back storage area as used paper towels were observed on the floor.
- Slurpee machines were found in good sanitary condition.
- Staff was maintaining good personal hygiene.

Food Storage:
- Food was stored 15cm off the floor.
- Food was either pre-packaged or covered with lids.
- No sign of food contamination was observed.
- Chemicals were stored in a separate area away from food products.
- Sugar spill was observed in the back storage area under the slurpee sugar syrup shelf and few ants were found near the spill.
Ensure that the floor is cleaned regularly to prevent any potential pest problem.

COVID-19:
- The COVID-19 protocols were in place.
- Proper signage was posted at the front entrance.
- Multiple hand sanitizer bottles were provided for customers.
- Separate entry and exit was available.
- Mandatory face mask policy was practiced. All staff and customers were observed wearing face masks.
Staff offered face mask to one of the customer during inspection - good.
- Health checks were conducted.
