Observation: One sliding door cooler and bar cooler is unable to maintain 4°C. Sliding door cooler measured 10°C. Bar cooler measured 7°C. No potentially hazardous foods stored in these coolers.
Corrective Action(s): Repair coolers so they are able to maintain 4C. Contact the health inspector once repairs have been made.

Observation: Premise has no hot water supply due to pipes bursting from cold weather. Business is not operating at the time of inspection.
Correction: Repair and restore hot water supply so it meets the hand washing and dish washing demand of the business. Remain closed until written health approval has been granted by an Environmental Health Officer of Fraser Health.

- Hand washing stations are equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Coolers (except for one sliding door and bar cooler) are ≤ 4°C
- Walk-in freezer is ≤ -18°C
- High temperature dishwasher is available. Final rinse temperature reached ≥ 71°C at the plate level.
- Ventilation hoods are maintained
- Bleach is available for sanitizing surfaces
- Dry storage areas are adequate
- No signs of pests observed during inspection

- Hot water supply has been restored. Closure Order rescinded. Health approval granted to re-open.
- Organize and clean walk-in freezer. Ensure food is stored off the floor.
