Observed two shelves made of bare wood - seal or paint shelves to ensure surface is impermeable.
Ensure all items in walk-in cooler are on a shelf 6" off the floor and are covered.

Hand washing stations were equipped throughout the facility - kitchen, bar, employee bathroom and customer bathrooms
