Handsink in back area has liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water
2 Comp prep sink is sometimes used as a handwash sink, as there are paper towels and liquid soap available as previously approved by area EHO. As discussed, put up a splash guard in between the two compartments if using this sink as a dedicated handwash sink.
Upright 2 door cooler: 3.1 deg C

Quat sanitizer in spray bottle at 200 ppm QUATS
High temperature achieved: 73.8 deg C on rinse cycle

Bison meat is NOT served (operator is in process of removing it from menu), as this premises is not permitted to cook any raw meats as there is no commercial ventilation. All meats (chicken/beef) must be pre-cooked. Did not observe any bison meat on site.
**Operator has stored his own personal container of raw chicken in the freezer. Remove this from premises immediately.
